【BUG】(Mac, Windows) Remote Worktree Session Lost after Update to Chatgpt App

What issue are you seeing?

Both Mac and Windows App's left bar do not display my remote session working on worktrees.
Meanwhile, I can manually open the worktree session by Settings - remoteserver XXX - worktree - thespecific session.
I believe this is a display error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

(old version codex app)set up a remote session with git
(old version codex app)fork to a worktree
update to chatgpt
(new version chatgpt app) worktree session lost
