Windows: Settings search exposes macOS-only “Dock Icons” entry that cannot be opened

What issue are you seeing?

In the Windows Codex app, searching Settings for “icon” (Chinese UI: “图标”) returns an Appearance result named “Dock Icons” (“Dock 图标”).

Selecting this search result does not navigate to or render any corresponding setting in the main panel.

This appears to be a platform-filtering inconsistency: the packaged setting metadata describes dockIconPreference as “Preferred macOS Dock icon”, so the setting itself is correctly unavailable on Windows, but its search entry is still indexed and displayed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex Desktop on Windows.
2. Open Settings.
3. Search for “icon” or “图标”.
4. Observe the “Dock Icons” / “Dock 图标” result under Appearance.
5. Select the result.
6. Observe that no Dock icon setting is rendered and the page does not navigate to a matching section.

What is the expected behavior?

Platform-specific settings that are unavailable on Windows should not appear in Windows Settings search results.

Alternatively, selecting the result should display an explanation that the setting is available only on macOS.

Additional information

The issue reproduces with the Chinese interface.
