What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?
- Not able to login to codex or use codex in vs code extention.
- This starts happening from today after upgrading to latest vs code extention,
- Codex CLI is working fine though.
- Already tested by restarting vs code, logging out from codex, reinstalling codex extention, rolling back to previous versions.
- But noting seems to be working.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open the Codex extension in VS Code, and the loader screen is showing indefinitely.

What is the expected behavior?
- Able to use codex in vs code plugin
