Bugs with new chatgpt codex version

What issue are you seeing?

1) ChatGPT Codex — the app is broken. When you open a session, it just crashes...
2) If the session doesn't crash, it often gets pushed beyond the scrollable area, so you can't scroll down anymore. As a result, part of the content becomes invisible until you restart the application. This issue existed even before the GPT-5.6 release in the previous version of the app. So this bug has been around for a long time...
3) The Usage view is visually broken.
4) You ask GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra to review the code, then GPT-5.6 Terra High fixes it. After that, you run a skill that loops review → fix → review until the reviewer returns APPROVED (reviewed by GPT-5.6 Sol Max, fixed by GPT-5.6 Terra High) — it ended up breaking the code.
5) You tell it to launch the reviewer as a subagent, but instead it launches it as a separate session.
