Confirmed on Windows as well.

Environment:

  • Codex App 26.707.3748.0
  • codex-cli 0.144.0-alpha.4
  • Windows 10.0.26200.0 x64
  • DPI 96 (100%)
  • Electron renderer --device-scale-factor=1
  • Codex UI language: Russian
  • Windows culture / UI culture: en-US

The Usage modal shows the same Russian text overflow at default scale. Additional observed details:

  • Недельный лимит использования is truncated.
  • The right-side values are clipped by the card boundary (Осталось 27..., Осталось 89...).
  • The reset date mixes UI languages: Сброс в Jul 17.
  • The sticky session status pill also truncates Изменено 6 файлов to Изменено 6 фа....

The Windows reproduction and detailed diagnostics were originally filed in #32110. Since the Usage modal defect is the same and this issue was filed first, I am consolidating the evidence here and closing #32110 as a duplicate.

This appears cross-platform and likely affects fixed-width localized UI surfaces rather than being caused by OS scaling.
