Usage resets not working

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

I burned two reset limits but did not reset my 5 hour + weekly limit.
Issues is on the new ChatGPT app as well as on the VSCode extension.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just try to reset your limits and you will find out.

What is the expected behavior?

Reset of limits
