Please add remote-control feature and fix the mojibake issue

What feature would you like to see?

• /remote-control feature just like claude did. This is really meaningful, when I go out and do not have access to PC. Also, at the end of the day, I just wanna lay down looking at the phone and promt.

• The mojibake issue still persists for me. This is a big reason why I dont trust codex compared to claude.

+. Please fix that and then I'm all-into Codex. Without the above, I think I'll move to another.
