Recent Codex task missing from history after new ChatGPT desktop update

What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
A Codex task I worked on only a few hours earlier is no longer visible in the task history after the recent update. This task was created on a new desktop chatgpt app and it was major long-running task. I cannot find it by scrolling through history or by searching. This makes it difficult to review previous work or continue an important task.
The task history also does not clearly show when tasks were started, updated, or completed, so it is hard to identify the correct recent task.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Feedback ID: 019f4c5e-6c5a-7053-826d-45881799b22a
What is the expected behavior?
Recent tasks should remain visible in the sidebar/history and be searchable reliably.
Each task should clearly display its created time, last updated time, and completion time so users can identify the correct task and understand its timeline.
Additional information
I asked ChatGPT within the same project to help locate the missing task. It was able to confirm that the task exists and provided its task ID. However, searching for that exact ID in Codex does not return the task, and the task is still absent from the sidebar/history.
So the task appears to exist, but it cannot be opened or found through the normal history and search experience.
