ChatGPT iOS - Remote Mode renders thinking text in bold italic

What issue are you seeing?
The UX of chatgpt remote on iOS has degraded significantly. Thinking now appears as italic bold text, it is very confusing. It appears more prominent than the actual responses of the model. It does not look very good either...

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Unsure, in my case this happened with already existent sessions (newly created in the revamped ChatGPT Codex app)
