What issue are you seeing?

When running /subagents while Codex is doing tasks, it outputs the agents like this:

Rather than actually showing the picker where you can select a subagent.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Not sure.

What is the expected behavior?

To let me pick the subagent at all times.
