Allow users to disable dark pattern popups to "Switch to fast mode"

What feature would you like to see?

I would like to disable all popups about fast mode. I dont want to know how many hours I could have saved every 3 hours, I dont want to see popups telling me "its taking longer to think" and that it would be a good idea to burn extra usage, stop what the agent is doing, restart the task, but now in fast mode. I dont want to see a popup about a new fast mode feature every time I open codex either.

Additional information

Constantly harassing people to use fast mode is incredibly annoying. I know what fast mode is, If I need it, i will enable it, you are sending so many popups about it in multiple different formats, but your end user is developers on codex, I dont think anyone here is seeing these popups as genuinely helpful after the first time. Perhaps track if I have "seen" a fast mode popup? Then stop showing them? I cant get anything done without popups in this app now.

We diddnt need this new popup, we already had 2 other popups nagging for fast mode repeatedly already.
