What issue are you seeing?
UI Bug
When I enter the slash command interface by typing '/' in the chat, I can scroll through it using the mouse scroll but if I try to click on the scroll bar or on the up/down arrow keys then the whole dialog box closes instead.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Well the expected behavior is just that the mouse clicks work as intended. The mouse clicks shouldn't close the dialog box and shoudl scroll through the interface so that all the commands can be viewed.
