New Codex just started acting like the old one, letting yall know when I noticed the obvious behavior change

What issue are you seeing?

I'm reporting this now because it just started 15 min ago probably and wanted to get the timestamp and ticket to the devs if it helps troubleshoot symptoms. Been using Codex all morning and it's been great. No issues. Reanchors and follows the instructions, no bad reads. And suddenly all of my GPT 5.6 Sol xHigh chats suddenly exhibited the exact behavior as 5.5 did regarding this. EXACTLY the same behavior. Same misses. Same bad read methods. And please, nobody tell me I'm not seeing it correctly or it could be other stuff. It's not. I PROMISE. This was out of nowhere they all started doing it. Something in the model engine changed, not my project.

Just using it and it was working fine and suddenly stopped following instructions, misunderstanding my messages and intent, jumping past approval gates and executing when we were discussing, etc.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just using it and it was working fine and suddenly stopped working like it had been all morning.

What is the expected behavior?

It should follow the instructions, agents.md, and not screw up behavior.
