What issue are you seeing?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

type in shell: "codex" and wait for crash.
problem only on medium internet connections.

What is the expected behavior?

I begging you: please fix:

⚠ MCP client for `codex_apps` timed out after 30 seconds. Add or adjust `startup_timeout_sec` in your config.toml:
  [mcp_servers.codex_apps]
  startup_timeout_sec = XX

⚠ MCP startup incomplete (failed: codex_apps)
[mcp_servers.codex_apps] startup_timeout_sec = 60
Error loading config.toml: invalid transport in mcp_servers.codex_apps

Or remove feature "startup_timeout_sec" if don't works...

Im having the same issue with codex crashing my router over and over again for the past weeks, i can see me router crash about 200 times a day.
