Dictations silently fail if longer than 10 minutes

What issue are you seeing?
If you dictate for longer than 10 minutes, anything past 10 minutes will not get transcribed. Theres no warning, or no error messages. At 10 minutes exactly the waveform visualization will suddenly reset and start over but otherwise look like it's still recording fine.
After you finish transcribing and click stop it will simply only transcribe up to the 10 minute mark. Anything past that never carries over.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Record for 10+ minutes.
