usuage showing incorrrect data

What issue are you seeing?

when i look at my usage there is a bug where it changes during the every so often when i check.. it reports different usasge values within minutes and i have not reset or done anything.. this is impacting me as run jobs thinking i have credits when i dont, or thinking i need to buy when i dont.. and simply need to guess what is correct

What steps can reproduce the bug?

i just need to go back into usage every so often and it will change

What is the expected behavior?

i would expect the correct usage to show, or if from some reason i have been given more time a message that tells me that, or ifts dropped signiofcantly since last check reason why... but mainly it should be correct as its pretty much looking at openai version of my bank account.. and if this was a bank and my balance was incorrectly showing this would be new worthy to say the least..
