Refresh Option Clicked & Accepted, Didn' Reset

I click on the Reseat Usage option and took of the 2 options I had and it seemed to process, but didn't then update usuage and returned me to the same out of codex option (but also took 1 of the 2 reset options I had). Be good to fix it but also give me the reset back I just used. I am afraid to click on the final reset option I have not I may loose that also.
