What issue are you seeing?

After updating the Codex client, I encountered a serious problem. When using this APP, I first had a conversation with ChatGPT. After the conversation ended, I inserted the content of the conversation into the input box of Codex and clicked "send". At this point, the entire Codex client would crash directly without any response. The mouse couldn't click any function, and the task couldn't be sent out either.
