What issue are you seeing?

Remote Control cannot be enabled from the Windows desktop application.

The iPhone app successfully reaches the "Get pairing code" screen, but the Windows desktop app fails before generating a pairing code.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open ChatGPT Desktop
2. Settings
3. Connections
4. Control this computer
5. Click Add
6. Permission dialog appears
7. Click Allow
8. Wait about 3–5 seconds

What is the expected behavior?

Remote Control cannot be enabled from the Windows desktop application.

The iPhone app successfully reaches the "Get pairing code" screen, but the Windows desktop app fails before generating a pairing code.
