What issue are you seeing?

Cloud ChatGPT Projects appear normally on chatgpt.com, and regular chats sync to the new Mac desktop app. I am signed into the same account and workspace. In the new desktop Projects view, I only see one local project named Codex. Signing out and back in three times and using Reset and install Workspace did not restore the cloud Projects.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
