Mobile: generated images disappear after reopening a task

Description
Generated images can disappear in the Codex mobile app after the app is backgrounded or the phone is locked, even though they were visible when first generated.
Reproduction
- Open a Codex task in the mobile app.
- Ask Codex to generate multiple images.
- Confirm that the images render inline.
- Lock the phone or background the app.
- Reopen Codex and return to the same task.
Observed behavior
The image-generation messages remain in the task, but the generated images are no longer visible. In at least one prior occurrence they displayed initially and disappeared on a later visit.
Expected behavior
Previously generated images should remain visible whenever the task is reopened, including after backgrounding the app or locking the phone.
Impact
The user cannot review or select among generated design options on mobile and must regenerate or request external hosting.
