if 2 codex open and send messages at the same time, this error happens.
This would be bad if on purpose that it's only possible to run 1 session at a time
I apologize for the disruption, this error was a caused by a bug that's been fixed now.
well, on vscode it's not fixed. but at least, when i switched to the pre-release version it worked
