Github Plugin Athurization Error

After connecting the GitHub plugin to ChatGPT, the model could not access the repositories.

I have tried the entire process several times, but it still cannot access my GitHub. All authorizations are approved, and the Codex app is listed as an authorized GitHub app.

However, no grant access message appears in sessions.
