Allow ChatGPT Work to hand off tasks to the local desktop workspace

Current behavior

The ChatGPT web 'Work' experience creates coding tasks but cannot operate on local projects through the installed desktop app.

Requested behavior

When the ChatGPT desktop app is installed and running, allow users to explicitly choose a local workspace and hand off the task to the desktop app.

With user approval, the desktop app should be able to read and modify local files while preserving the planning context from the web conversation.

Why this matters

Today the web Work experience and the desktop app feel disconnected. The desktop app has local filesystem capabilities, while the web interface has planning and chat history. A seamless handoff would make the workflow much more useful.
