Codex usage page shows unstable remaining 5-hour quota

Problem

On the Codex usage page, the remaining 5-hour quota appears to fluctuate unexpectedly.

For example, I may see values jump from around 100 remaining to 67 remaining, then back again, without any obvious change in my actual usage.

Expected behavior

The usage page should report a stable and consistent remaining quota, or clearly explain if the value is being recalculated.

Actual behavior

The displayed remaining quota appears to jump between significantly different values, making it difficult to understand how much quota is actually left.

Impact

The current display is confusing for users trying to manage their remaining usage within the rolling 5-hour window. If the value is estimated or asynchronously updated, the UI should communicate that clearly.
