Tibo's hard resets did not reset usage yet reset timer

What issue are you seeing?

@tibo-openai hard resets did not reset any of my usages yet they reset timer nevertheless...

5 hour usage being drained very very quickly also, not sure if related or if oai has drastically reduced usages...

Was using only one thread running a goal during the night with majority of time using sol 5.6 eh.

considering the reset, it's impossible for me to only have 55% weekly usage left if @tibo-openai reset it 7 hours ago?

Therefore essentially my week got extended to 8 days and I tokenmaxxed to experiment yet never got any reset.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
