Add a persistent setting to disable automatic Computer Use Picture-in-Picture

What feature would you like to see?

Please add a global preference that prevents Computer Use and Browser Use from automatically opening a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) preview, while keeping those capabilities enabled.

Current behavior:

• A PiP window opens automatically when Codex starts using a browser or desktop app.
• The floating preview covers part of the conversation or workspace and interrupts the user's focus.
• Dismissing the preview only affects the current instance; it can appear again the next time Computer Use runs.
• There is no documented persistent preference to turn off automatic PiP.

Requested behavior:

• Add a setting such as "Show Computer Use Picture-in-Picture automatically".
• When disabled, Computer Use and Browser Use should continue working normally.
• The live preview should remain available on demand from the Summary/Computer Use panel.
• The preference should persist across tasks and app restarts.

This would preserve visibility for users who want it without forcing a floating overlay on every Computer Use session.
