macOS: Codex fails to execute ripgrep (rg) due to Gatekeeper/AMFI assessment

What issue are you seeing?

Codex trying to call "rg" and OSX spawn message box with:

Apple could not verify “rg” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Make codex to call "rg" (installed by homebrew as far as I understand its related dependency). But "rg" itself works fine from terminal. Message about "rg" happened only when codex spawn sub-process.

What is the expected behavior?

Before I saw no problems. This happened on some recent versions.
