Windows Computer Use execution server is missing.

ChatGPT desktop version: 26.707.3748.0
Microsoft Store reports no available update.

The Computer Use plugin is installed and the Skill toggle is enabled,
but Plugins > Computer Use shows only “Skills 1”.
The “MCP servers 1 / Computer-use” section is missing.

The /mcp panel shows only:
codex_apps – authenticated – enabled

A brand-new @Computer task reports that no Computer Use desktop
execution entry is available.

There is no administrator requirements.toml policy disabling Computer Use.
The Chrome extension is working correctly.

Please check Computer Use server provisioning, regional availability,
and account eligibility for my account.
