visual glitches with NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2050

What issue are you seeing?

I see weird flickering when moving the mouse cursor and when moving the mouse on the GUI elements their color and transparency change in a weird and glitchy way and there is a weird white stripes and a black box around the codex pet

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• doing nothing: getting white stripes
• moving the mouse cursor on GUI elements: weird changes in colors and transparency
• enabling the pet: black box around it in the codex app but when the codex app is unfocused the black box disappear
• when scrolling in a menu: ghosting like what is showed in the image

What is the expected behavior?

• doing nothing: the screen is stable no flickering, no white stripes
• moving the mouse cursor on GUI elements: the element that i move cursor on turn into more brighter without flickering
• enabling the pet: no black box around the pet
• when scrolling in a menu: no ghosting
