A completed Codex workspace thread has disappeared after updating the ChatGPT application on macOS. The thread was created within an existing Project and is no longer accessible or searchable.

Description

I started a Codex workspace thread inside an existing ChatGPT Project and ran a coding task in the new ChatGPT app. The task completed successfully.

After updating the ChatGPT macOS application to 26.707.51957 , the Codex thread disappeared. The rest of the Project still exists, but this specific Codex workspace thread is no longer visible.

Troubleshooting Performed

• Confirmed I am signed into the correct OpenAI account.
• Confirmed the correct Project is being viewed.
• Searched using keywords from the missing conversation.
• Verified that only this single Codex thread is affected.

-Sing out and back in, closed and restarted the app , restarted Op system

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

• The completed Codex workspace thread should remain attached to the Project.
• It should appear in the Project history and be searchable.
• Updating the ChatGPT application should not remove or hide existing Codex workspace threads.
