Add /clear command to start a new chat AND clean up the terminal

What feature would you like to see?

I know about /new, but I personally use 'clear' in the terminal all the time, and using /clear just seems more natural. Also, /new doesn't clear the terminal and it ends up being messy - I would like for a /clear command to be added either alongside or in place of /new, and to function like in Claude Code. Since I believe /resume is already being developed, using /clear should obviously save the conversation so that it can be /resume'd later

Also, using /new right now takes a while as there's some weird delay, I'd like to see that fixed for a better experience
