Model is RIPPING through usage w/ huge delays between turns

What issue are you seeing?

5.6 Sol is using over a percent a minute of usage limits during read-only tasks early in a conversation. Each turn has a huge delay to the point where I can walk away from the computer between messages. I told Sol to kill a subagent and it took over a minute for it to be marked as Interrupted. Conversation started at 100% 7d limit.

Start a chat and watch it go down.
