Unstaged code review constantly jumps about - unusable

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

When I switch to the code review panel and select 'Unstaged' the viewable changes are re-render every couple of seconds.

This causes the code to jump about and the code highlighting cycle from white to colour.

This makes the code review feature unusable.

This was working fine a couple of versions ago.

It beggars belief that you allow your development team to add 'Pets' to the Codex app, but are shipping breaking changes to core functionality.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Ask codex to make a change to the code.
2. Review the unstaged changes.

What is the expected behavior?

Is doesn't re-render and jump about constantly.

Additional information

When the text re-renders it displays the line 'Full file content failed to load Retry' above each file.
This the disappears - causing the whole page to jump.
