Codex crashed in a middle of a task. Also i cant find the last task it was working on in the project ,it dissapeared.

Codex seems to be consuming large chunks of memory then closes down.
Why is openai nor responding to all these threads I made a massive one yesterday it keeps crashing hard my insianly powerful laptop, its crazy i point to an exact task that does it because it seems to do it if you have multiple task running, or just it crashes if anything on my alotp other then codex is running but with the lid closed in ECO mode with everything else closed jsut codex open it seems to run fine. But the error dumps keep mention kernal error and memory issues and codex tends to spike the sytem usage randomly so between that and I think chrome\opéra browser being used same time might be contributing to it but this is still 100% a big in codex.
