What issue are you seeing?

While performing a requested action, codex stalls out, with the time spent counter increasing but no progress. Sometimes one thing will get done like a file edit. But then it will just sit for 7 minutes or 28 minutes or longer until you hit escape and say, "are you stuck?" or similar and it will continue then stall again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just work normally.
