yeah, codex can't render latex, no good

I implemented it here. Please take a look:
https://github.com/imvladikon/codex/tree/feat/latex-rendering
and I’ll try to open a PR.
PS. The only remaining issue is making it optional, since some users may still want to see the raw latex so they can copy and paste it.
