Very laggy interface of new ChatGPT app instead of Codex, I'm almost stuck

What issue are you seeing?

Codex was replaced by ChatGPT application.
Now app is very laggy - 5 minute task is done in about 60 minutes
My prompt from prompt window is going to chat in 10 minutes.
In chat new lines appears with significant delay, 5-10 minutes each.
New ChatGPT application is almost stuck - I can't produce nothing with such lags.
