Unable to use Codex in new ChatGPT app, always get Error creating task Timeout

What issue are you seeing?

Anytime I try and run a task in Codex, I get "Error creating task Timeout"

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

I can't fix the "What Steps to reproduce", putting it here.

1. Hit New on a folder in codex
2. Type a prompt
3. Get a timeout. Works fine in T3 code though...

I have the special secure account in Codex... maybe this is the issue?
