What issue are you seeing?

The new ChatGPT desktop app’s Work interface does not show my existing ChatGPT Projects, even though those Projects are available on chatgpt.com and my phone under the same account.

The change was presented and labeled as an app upgrade, which reasonably implied that my existing Projects and workflows would remain available. Instead, the upgrade installed an experience where the sidebar says “No projects” and my active cloud Projects are inaccessible.

This creates a fragmented and confusing experience. “Chat” only opens a new chat, and using an embedded browser is not an acceptable substitute for native Project access.

Please add native access to existing cloud ChatGPT Projects in the desktop app. At minimum, clearly disclose before upgrading that existing Projects will not be available, explain that the new app is separate from ChatGPT Classic, and provide an obvious option to retain or return to the previous app.
