Support for RTL (Right-to-Left) layout and Persian language

What feature would you like to see?

Hi,

I would like to request full support for RTL (Right-to-Left) text orientation and layout.

Currently, when Codex reviews or generates Persian/Arabic code comments and text, everything is forced to the left side (LTR). This makes the text look messy, puts punctuation marks in the wrong places, and makes it very difficult to read.

Having proper RTL alignment would highly improve the experience for all Persian and Arabic-speaking developers.
