No Codex reset available and subscription update fails on Pro 5x during Build Week

What issue are you seeing?

I am trying to participate in Codex Build Week and this is blocking me.

I received a Codex hackathon/Build Week credit flow, but the normal credit redemption did not work during the hackathon flow. My understanding is that a one-month Pro 5x / Pro X5 plan was provided because the credits flow did not work.

However, while on Pro 5x:

• Codex shows my weekly usage is almost exhausted.
• Codex says I have less than 10% of my weekly limit left.
• The usage/reset screen says: No usage limit resets available.
• I cannot change/update my subscription from the plan page.
• The subscription page shows Pro 5x as the current plan, but attempting to update it shows: There was a problem updating your subscription.

This looks like an inconsistent account state across Codex quota/reset handling and ChatGPT subscription/billing state:

1. Pro 5x appears active.
2. No Codex reset is available.
3. Hackathon/Build Week credits were not usable through the original redemption flow.
4. Subscription changes fail in the UI.
5. I am blocked from using Codex for Build Week despite being on the intended hackathon benefit plan.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Use an account that received the Codex hackathon/Build Week Pro 5x benefit after the credit redemption flow did not work.
2. Open Codex CLI.
3. Open the usage panel with /usage.
4. Observe the weekly usage warning: less than 10% weekly limit remaining.
5. Open the usage reset option.
6. Observe: No usage limit resets available.
7. Open the ChatGPT plan/subscription page.
8. Observe that Pro 5x is shown as the current plan.
9. Try to switch/update the subscription.
10. Observe the error: There was a problem updating your subscription.

What is the expected behavior?

If the hackathon/Build Week benefit was intended to provide one month of Pro 5x because direct credits did not work, Codex should either:

• provide usable Codex capacity/reset consistent with that benefit,
• show the missing credit/reset benefit clearly,
• explain why no reset is available,
• or allow the subscription/billing state to be changed normally.

At minimum, the account should not be stuck in a state where Pro 5x is current, Codex is almost exhausted, no reset is available, the original credits were not usable, and subscription updates fail.
