[App][macOS] “Files and folders” picker cannot select folders

• macOS: 26.5.2 (25F84)

What issue are you seeing?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a Codex task.
2. Click +.
3. Select “Files and folders”.
4. Navigate to a directory in the macOS file picker.
5. Select the directory itself.

Actual behavior:
The “Open” button remains disabled. Files can be selected, but folders cannot.

Expected behavior:
Because the menu item is named “Files and folders”, selecting a folder should enable the “Open” button and attach that folder to the task.

Additional information:
The issue still reproduces after upgrading to version 26.707.72221.
