TUI localhost Webhook interface? Or method to append to TUI prompt queue outside of terminal tty

What feature would you like to see?

My build job notifications are triggering "codex exec" with the job log payload and a wrapper prompt coming in via stdin, but it might be be cool to work this into an ongoing TUI session with existing context (such as coding work and a git push tool call that may have triggered the build job to begin with )

Have there been any thoughts about allowing the TUI to open an HTTP listener on localhost as a general purpose webhook handler, including (among many other possibilities) a function to append to the active prompt queue?
