What steps can reproduce the bug?

Load Codex in VSCode

What is the expected behavior?

I expect the Codex panel to load and work properly.

Additional information

Similar symptoms as https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/29135 and https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/28330 (which seems fixed in the latest version?), but different logs.

I have never had any problems with GitHub Copilot, Codex being hit with this many bugs surely isn't a good way to gain and keep paying customers...
