What issue are you seeing?

Codex CLI/Apps is repeatedly returning “Request Blocked” while I am working on my own authorized software repository.

The same repository and similar development tasks previously worked correctly. Codex successfully implemented a feature, but the latest implementation introduced seven regression issues. When I ask Codex to analyze or prepare a plan to fix these regressions, the request is blocked.

I started multiple new sessions, but the same problem continues. In some sessions, after the initial “Request Blocked” error, even subsequent normal messages also return “Request Blocked.”

This appears to be an unexpected false-positive request block rather than an intentionally unsupported task. The work involves ordinary bug diagnosis, regression repair, testing, and feature maintenance in a repository that I own.

Please investigate whether the request classification or session state is incorrectly blocking authorized software-maintenance work.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
