What issue are you seeing?
After updating the macOS desktop app on July 13, 2026, sidebar chats/projects are empty, but the same account shows them on web and mobile.

This happening to me as well. I can only see my ChatGPT projects on ChatGPT.com and not in my MacOS desktop app. Only project showing up is the one I started in Codex before this new update went into effect.
Also, the layout of all my chats are not on the left-hand side as before which is such an inconvenience. I don't understand the point of even having the app as the website works better.
