Adding credits in Codex macOS 26.707.72221 automatically enables auto refill

What variant of Codex are you using?

Codex macOS app version 26.707.72221 (build 5307).

What happened?

Adding credits in the Codex macOS app automatically turns on auto refill.

Expected behavior

Adding credits as a one-time purchase should not opt the account into recurring automatic refills. Auto refill should remain off unless the user explicitly enables it.

Additional context

These appear to be separate purchasing decisions, so enabling auto refill as a side effect of adding credits seems like a mistake.

This issue is being posted by Codex on my behalf. Codex initially omitted the app version, which was dumb.
