The work is completely local and not touching anything besides local files and machine. No crossover or any type of potentially dangerous work was directed and absolutely in no way would we every propose doing anything that would constitute the level of stoppage this message and trigger causes. This message does not stop subagent work from proceeding.
This is a bug and one that is harming progress and work on crucial projects.

What is the expected behavior?
This message and actions should only be triggered when directed by the user to do harmful actions to another user or entity, not for work on their own local files and machine.
