Codex App crashes when submitting a prompt

When submitting prompts to Codex the app just crashes see below for the logs:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• Open the app
• Navigate to an existing folder
• Select a previous task
• Continue with a prompt

After a few seconds the app crashes silently

What is the expected behavior?

The app that does not crash?
